Refund

Refunds are not issued, except in the rare case of any major damage that may have occurred to the furniture during transit, must be noted to the deliver person at the time of delivery, as well as email at support@CruzInternationalFurniture.com with pictures of the defect/damage. We will replace the item(s) with an exact model or equivalent at no cost to the buyer. It is customers responsibility to inspect item(s) at time of delivery; customer understands that no type of claims can be made after the delivery person leaves and not hold Cruz International Furniture liable for any damages or defects or customers change of mind. Delivery Fee is NOT refundable.
